Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily repair a crack in a short time by coating the front side, the rear side and the front side of a through-wall with a reaction curing type coating material in the order and infecting a grout material into voids in a crack section.
SOLUTION: A nozzle in a specified size is inserted into a crack section from the front side in the crack 3 of a wall, in which an exterior wall 2 and an interior wall 1 are laminated. A urethane foam is discharged as a coating material, and the crack section 3 on the rear side of the exterior wall is coated. Fast curing cement is used as a coating material, a pipe is inserted as the filler hole of a grout material, the exterior-wall front side is coated, and a curing acrylic resin composition is injected to the crack section 3 from the pipe and cured. Accordingly, the leakage of rainwater and the corrosion of a metal can be prevented, and the strength of a through-wall can be increased.
