Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a crawler travel device which lessens sinking at the time of traveling in a swamp field, scarcely damages a paddy field and has an improved traveling stability.
CONSTITUTION: A crawler travel device for combined harvester and thresher is formed in a gently inclined shape as the rear side is slightly higher than a crawler grounding part 8 at the bottom side of the device by setting a distance L1 from the machine body center of gravity lower position to the rear end part of the device as more than two times of a distance L2 from the machine body center of gravity lower position to the front end part of the crawler grounding part 8 in the flat hard ground surface grounding state and simultaneously, and by setting a distance L3 from the machine body center of gravity lower position to the rear end part of the crawler grounding part 8 as roughly 1.5 times of the distance 12 from the machine body center of gravity lower position to the front edge part of the crawler grounding part 8.
