Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent creamy solder from solidifying and its viscosity from lowering due to working conditions such as temperature, humidity and the like at the site of a device and reduce waste solder by a method wherein the creamy solder before printing is changed within the device under the condition being isolated from the outside air.
CONSTITUTION: A space, in which creamy solder 12 is charged under the state being isolated from the outside air by means of a front block 1, a rear block 2, side plates, an opening and closing part 4, a roller 6 and a top cover 14, is formed within a device. Simultaneously with the closing of a feed port, sliding contact state is released and feeding pressure, which has been directed to the feed port, is released within the device, resulting in preventing creamy solder from leaking outside the device at the closing of the feed port. Accordingly, during the period of time ranging to the start of the next printing work or to the next opening of the feed port, the creamy solder 12 within the device is kneaded by being circulated within the device by the rotating movement of the roller 6.
