Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for wrinkle resistance having a high correlation with an actually worn wrinkle state.SOLUTION: The evaluation method for wrinkle resistance includes: applying a bending compression to a woven or knitted fabric two times; measuring a bending compression energy (WC1) of the first time and a bending compression energy (WC2) of the second time; and setting a rate of a bending compression energy loss (%) defined by the following formula as an index of wrinkle resistance of a woven or knitted fabric.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
