Abstract:

To provide a cremation ship preventing a coffin from dropping from a carriage when a ship's hull rolls.

This cremation ship 1 having the ship's hull 2 and a kerosene-type cinerator 3 as the cinerator disposed on the ship's hull 2, also has the carriage 38 for loading the coffin 36, and a horizon retaining device 40 for retaining the carriage 38 in a horizontal attitude, thus a dead body during cremation and cremains after cremation are prevented from dropping from the carriage 38 by disturbance of the horizontal attitude of the carriage 38 in the kerosene-type cinerator 3, in the cremation in an unstable place where the ship's hull 2 rolls, in particular, at sea.
