Abstract:
To provide an aqueous resin composition which has excellent storage stability, can be cross-linked at room temperature, after coated, can form cured coating films having excellent corrosion resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance and the like on substrates, and can additionally impart sufficient coating film hardness, even just after coated.
This cross-linking method is characterized by evaporating an evaporable base (B) from an aqueous resin composition comprising the evaporable base (B) neutralization salt of a vinyl-modified epoxy ester (A) having an anionic functional group and a compound (C) having two or more vinyl ether groups, thereby reacting and cross-linking the vinyl ether groups with anionic groups.
