To provide a crossing-bar lowering-speed control system that adjusts a self-weight lowering speed of a crossing bar during power failure to a fixed speed regardless of a length of the crossing bar.
The crossing-bar lowering-speed control system 1 is composed of a speed control circuit 3 for controlling a rotating speed of a motor 2 related to lowering operation of the crossing bar, a normal power-supply circuit 4 for supplying power to the speed control circuit 3, and a motor power-generation supply circuit 5 for supplying power generated with the motor 2 in the case of power failure by self-weight lowering operation of the crossing bar to the speed control circuit 3. By this way, it is possible to control the lowering speed of the crossing bar during power failure to a desired speed.
