To obtain the subject composition comprising a specific crosslinkable siloxane polymer and an alkenyl-functional siloxane substance, capable of expressing an excellent adhesivity to various substrates, and useful for various kinds of coatings.
This crosslinkable organosiloxane composition comprises (A) an alkenyl-functional organopolysiloxane having groups of formula I [R1 is a divalent group comprising C atoms, H atoms and arbitrarily O atoms; (a) is 0, 1] having two or more groups bound to a Si atom], (B) a hydrosilylation catalyst based on a noble metal, and (C) a hydrosiloxane crosslinkable agent having three or more Si-bound H atoms per molecule. The component C has a viscosity of ≤1000mm2/s at 25°C and has (Z1) units of formula II [R is a (substituted) 1-12C hydrocarbon group excluding aliphatic unsaturated groups, H1, (Z2) units of formula III and (Z3) units of formula IV. Therein, one or more Z1, units are contained in the molecule, and Z1, Z2, Z3 and the units having the Si-bound H atoms are contained in amounts of ≥0.75%, ≤40%, ≥40% and ≥50%, respectively.
