PURPOSE: To provide a crosslinked polyolefin insulated electric cable by reusing the crosslinked polyolefin used in an electric cable for a part of insulating materials in the reuse of the crosslinked polyolefin recovered from waste, such as a dismantled cable, which has been considered to be very difficult conventionally, and also the reuse of the crosslinked polyolefin which has overflowed from an extruding machine at the time of manufacturing an electric cable.
CONSTITUTION: There is provided a crosslinked polyolefin insulated electric cable in which an insulating layer provided in the outer circumference of a conductor is formed of crosslinked polyolefin power of 1 to 30% by weight and the crosslinked body of a crosslinking resin composition including organic peroxide of 1 to 3 parts by weight relative to the resin component of an admixture of 100 parts by weight including uncrosslinked polyolefin of 99 to 70% by weight.
