To suppress generation of water caused to a secondary decomposition reaction of an organic peroxide in a crosslinked polyolefin resin composition obtained by crosslinking a polyolefin resin such as a polyethylene or the like using an organic peroxide based crosslinking agent such as dicumyl peroxide or the like.

An organic peroxide based crosslinking agent and a hindered amine based antioxidant is added to a polyolefin resin, and the compounding amount of the hindered amine based antioxidant is 0.01-0.5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyolefin resin.
