Abstract:
To provide a polyolefin resin composition for calendering, especially a polyethylene resin composition, a film made thereof and its production process.
The objective polyolefin resin, preferably a polyethylene resin for calendering is characterized in that the extension viscosity values measured by a twin-capillary rheometer at 160°C and 180°C at a shear rate of 10,000 (1/sec) are within the range of 4,120-26,300 Pa.s, the die swell ratio determined by a twin-capillary rheometer at 160°C at a shear rate of 10,000 (l/sec) is 1.0-2.3 and the melt tension measured by a capillary rheometer at 180°C and a take-up speed of ≥5 m/min is ≥1 gf.
