Abstract:
To provide a novel cloud worker support system, method, and program for issuing a true work experience resume from an actual working state of a worker.SOLUTION: The cloud worker support system comprises a server and a plurality of terminal devices which can communicate with each other via a network. The server comprises: acquisition means 102 which acquires intra-system working information relating to a task for which an order is received by a worker through the cloud worker support system, from an intra-system working information DB; extraction means 103 which performs natural language processing on text data included in the acquired intra-system working information to divide it to phrases; and generation means 104 which generates a work experience resume on the basis of a template for the work experience resume, extracted relevant expressions, extracted information and/or extra-system working information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
