Abstract:
To provide a technique for estimation of deterioration of a pump and a valve of a crusher.SOLUTION: A crusher 10 comprises: an oil passage 11; a pump 12 which applies a pressure to the oil passage 11; at least one valve 13 which is provided on the oil passage 11, and opens/closes the oil passage 11; a measuring apparatus 14 which measures a hydraulic pressure of the oil passage 11; and a deterioration estimation part 15 which estimates a degree of deterioration of at least one of the pump 12 and the valve 13. The deterioration estimation part 15 has: a pump control part 16 which controls the pump 12, is configured from at least a part of the oil passage 11, and causes a system, of which at least a part of an end part is closed by the valve 13, to apply a pressure until a prescribed pressure application stop timing; and an estimation part 17 which estimates a degree of deterioration of at least one of the pump 12 and the valve 13 on the basis of a hydraulic pressure in a closed system C, which is measured by the measuring apparatus 14 until the pressure application stop timing after start of pressure application.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
