Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set crushing granule size of material to be treated without changing distances between roll axes of crushing rolls.
SOLUTION: The crusher has a combination of a fixed roll 5b and rotating rolls 5a, 5c. Each roll has crushing teeth on the periphery thereof, and the rotating roll 5a (5c) undergoes rotary driving in one direction, and the fixed roll 5b is fixed at its regular position. The fixed roll 5 is arranged in the center and the rotating rolls 5a, 5c are arranged on both sides of the fixed roll 5b. The fixed roll 5b has three kinds of classes of crushing teeth having different height (a first class A, a second class B, a third class C), and the height of crushing teeth of the rotating roll 5b is fixed. The dividing angles of crushing teeth of the first class A, the second class B, and the third class C are set, and between the crushing teeth of any one class of the first to third classes A-C of the fixed roll 5b and the crushing teeth of the rotating rolls 5a, 5c, material to be treated is crushed, and its granule size is set.
