To make maintenance free by separating a drive part of a pivot or the like largely apart from a crushing part while material to be crushed of rock or the like can be surely crushed by a method wherein a tip part opposed to a fixed crushing wall of a swing crushing wall is so constituted as to move elliptically.

A rear end part of a swing crushing wall 40 is extended to another side of a conveyor route 20, a vertical drive shaft of which a part is eccentric to the rear end part is provided, and a drive wheel 51 integrated with the drive shaft 50 is rotatably driven with a driver 50 provided to the other end of the conveyance route 20. One end of a holding rod 70 is swingably connected to an opposed side surface to a fixed crushing wall 30 at a tip part of the swing crushing wall 40, the other end of the holding rod 70 is swingably connected almost horizontally to a holding frame 71 arranged positionally adjustably to a base frame 10, and an elastic means 80 for urging always the tip part of the swing crushing wall 40 onto the holding frame 71 side is almost horizontally interposed between the tip part of the swing crushing wall 40 and the base frame 10.
