A main body frame 2 is provided with a pair of crushing rollers 31 freely rotatably around their axes by paralleling their axes to each other and is provided with a rotational drive section 4 for rotating the crushing rollers 31 around their axes. The crushing rollers 31 have many teeth disposed at specified intervals respectively in a circumferential direction. A pair of these crushing rollers 31 overlap at least partly on each other in the diametral direction of the crushing rollers 31 without meshing of their teeth with each other. The crushing rollers 31 are composed of a plurality of sprockets.
