Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crush treatment method and a crush treatment facility for effectively conducting pre-dehydration of excrement, septic tank sludge, sewage sludge or the like by suppressing cost and easy operation management.SOLUTION: There is provided a crush treatment method of organic sludge by a crush treatment as pre-step of a dehydration process for dehydrating the organic sludge, having a sludge carrying-in process for pooling carried-in organic sludge in a receiving tank, a crush treatment process for draining the organic sludge pooled in the receiving tank in the sludge carrying-in process from the receiving tank to a circulation path having a crush mechanism and cursing the same, then circulating the same to the receiving tank and a sludge transferring process for transferring the organic sludge which is crush treated in the crush treatment process to the dehydration process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
