Abstract:
To provide a culture container capable of activating lymphocytes at an efficiency higher than conventional culture containers, as well as the production method thereof. Provided is a culture container for activating lymphocytes that is in the shape of a bag and is formed of a soft-packaging material, wherein, on one surface of opposing inner surfaces within the container, anti-CD3 antibodies are immobilized at a density of 10 to 300 ng/cm 2 , and anti-CD3 antibodies in the form of a solution are enclosed in an amount of 0.25 to 400 ng and 0.1 to 800 µl per 1 cm 2 of a culture surface formed of the one surface. Further, the bag-shaped culture container formed of a soft packaging material is produced by immobilizing anti-CD3 antibodies on one surface of opposing inner surfaces at the above-mentioned density, and enclosing the anti-CD3 antibodies in the form of a solution in the above-mentioned amount.
