To provide a hard coat layer on which fingerprints are less visible even when the fingerprints are marked.
The hard coat layer 1 is composed of a cured product. The cured product is obtained by irradiating a curable composition with ultraviolet light and curing the same. The curable composition contains a curable resin. The curable resin contains a reactive monomer and a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value according to Griffin method of 2-18. The reactive monomer contains an isocyanuric acid derivative. The isocyanuric acid derivative has structure in which a polymerizable reactive group, an alkylene oxide chain, and a unit derived from ring structure (except for the alkylene oxide chain) are bonded to an isocyanuric acid skeleton. It is constructed such that the alkylene oxide chain is bonded to at least any of the three nitrogen atoms in the isocyanuric acid skeleton, the unit derived from ring structure is bonded to the alkylene oxide chain, and the polymerizable reactive group is bonded to the unit derived from ring structure. The ring structure is selected from lactone, lactam, cycloolefin, tetrahydrofuran, dioxane, silacyclopentene, cyclodecane, and isobornyl.
