PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable compsn. which can form an ink-accepting layer, excellent in the capacity and rate of ink absorption, in dyeability and in water resistance.
SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises a high-molecular compd. (P1) having cationic groups in the molecule and a high-molecular compd. (P2) having condensable functional groups in the side chains, or comprises the above-mentioned compd. P1 and a polyfunctional hydrophilic monomer or oligomer (P3) having at least two acryloyl groups in the molecule.
