Abstract:
To provide a curable cyclic phosphazene-based compound having a low dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor and high thermal stability, and a method for producing the same.
A method of introducing 2-6 curable reactive groups to a cyclic phosphazene substance with 6 substitution positions and introducing substituents of various structures to the remaining positions can adjust the degree of curing, polarization and free volume of the molecule or the like. The substance having a low dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor and high thermal stability and interface adhesion can be thus produced.
