Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a total current band and realize the improvement of response characteristics, such as the widening of a current loop band, etc., by improvement in compensation effect.
SOLUTION: A transmission function from a voltage command signal u(k) to current output y(k) of a motor is approximated to be Kpwm/(Ls+R) which is subjected to discrete value transformation. When a control object N(z) is defined by N(z)=b/(z+a) (wherein z denotes a leading operator). Assuming that external disturbance(d) including an approximation error component is applied to the system, the voltage command signal u(k) is subjected to nominalization-compensation by obtaining a new voltage command u(k)=u(k)-d(k) wherein d(k) denotes a value estimated by an external disturbance observer comprising a suitable IIR filter Q(z) and is defined as d(k)=Q(z)N(z)-1y(k)-Q(z)u(k). Feedback compensation is applied to the system to obtain Gb/(z+a+Gb). A feed forward compensator expressed as (z+a+Gb)/(Gbz) is inserted into a current command unit to have the current response characteristics of a whole current control unit z-1.
