Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the current mirror circuit and the reference current circuit operated at a low voltage, with a small circuit scale and providing an output of a current inversely proportional to temperature on a semiconductor integrated circuit.
CONSTITUTION: This current mirror circuit is made up of a common emitter or common source 1st transistor(TR) Q1 in diode connection vis 1st resistor and a common emitter or common source 2nd TR Q2 whose base or gate connects in common to that of the TRQ1. The reference current circuit is provided with an inverse PTAT current mirror circuit 102 driven by a PTAT current mirror circuit 101.
