Abstract:
To provide a current sensor having such a structure that a magnetic sensor is hardly saturated.SOLUTION: A current sensor 1 comprises a bus bar 10 in which a current I to be measured flows, and a magnetic sensor 20 for detecting a magnetic field generated by a current flowing in the bus bar 10. The bus bar 10 includes a sensing part 13A, a dome-shaped bypass part 11 for covering the sensing part from a direction +y, and a dome-shaped bypass part 12 for covering the sensing part 13A from a direction -y, and the magnetic sensor 20 is arranged in a surrounding space enclosed by the bypass parts 11, 12. Thus, as the magnetic sensor 20 is arranged in a surrounding space where a magnetic field is null, the magnetic sensor 20 is capable of measuring correctly without being saturated even when the current flowing in the bus bar 10 is a large current. Furthermore, as the bypass parts 11, 12 are dome-shaped, it is possible to shorten the size of the bus bar 10 in a direction z.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
