Title:
CURRENT SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3655700
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufactured current sensor capable of surely detecting the flowing of a very small current to a signal line regarding a current sensor for detecting electric conductivity to a signal line by winding an exciting primary coil and a receiving secondary coil on a supersaturated magnetic material ring core.
SOLUTION: An exciting primary coil 5, a receiving secondary coil 6 and a supersaturated magnetic material ring core 3 are all made of thin films, the primary and secondary coils 5 and 6 are helically wound on the ring core 3, a signal line 7 is used as a conductor and wound around the ring core 3 in a locally concentrated manner and thereby, the ring core 3 is locally saturated by a current flowing to the signal line 7, signal transmission to the receiving secondary coil 2 is reduced and signal line 7 winding work is facilitated.
