Title:
CURRENT SUPPLYING LEAD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59188981
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make as small as possible the penetration of heat into an ultralow temperature liquid by a method wherein a cylindrical expander and a flange are provided in the upper part of a tubular body fixed by insertion to the upper parts of an ultralow temperature container and a vacuum container, and then a lead element wire fitted in the terminal of the ultralow temperature device is fixed by insertion to the flange. CONSTITUTION:The vacuum container 1 houses the ultralow temperature vessel 3 via vacuum tank 2. The vessel 3 stores the ultralow temperature liquid 4, and the ultralow temperature device 5 is dipped in the liquid 4. The cylindrical case 9 is fixed by insertion to the upper part of the vessel 3 and that of the container 1, and the cylindrical expander 7 and the flange 6 of electric insulation property via studs 8 adjusting the length of the expander 7 are installed to the case 9. The tubular lead element wire 10 is fixed to the flange 6 and inserted into the case 9. At the ultralow temperature end of the element wire 10, a female connection part 12 fitted in the connection part 11 of the device 5 is formed. Besides, grooves 14 cooled by evaporated ultralow temperature gas 13 are on the surface of the element wire 10, and a tube 15 recovering the gas 13 and the external terminal 16 are installed at the high temperature end. Thus, the penetration of heat into the ultralow liquid can be made as small as possible.
