Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cross-point control circuit that optimally and analogically controls the cross point of a switching signal, so as to minimize the switching noise with respect to the current switch circuit employing MOS transistors(TRs).
SOLUTION: This current switch circuit 100 has a pair of input terminals and a pair of output terminals and also includes a pair of TRs whose 1st electrodes connect to a pair of the input terminals and whose 2nd electrodes are connected together in common. In this case, the current switch circuit 100 is configured, such that a level of the 2nd electrodes connected in common, when levels of input signals given to a couple of the input terminals are identical to each other is equal to that, when either of the levels of the input signals given to a pair of the input terminals is at a high level.
