To provide a current-voltage learning device of a fuel cell that can prevent the error of the learning of the current-voltage character by stopping the learning according to parameters of the condition of supply gas or the condition of the humidity of the fuel cell.
A I-V learning system 7 learns the current voltage character of the fuel cell 1 based on a current detected by a current sensor 5 and a voltage detected by a voltage sensor 6. A learning stopping system 8 judges the learning of the I-V learning system 7 whether stop or not according to an air flow rate standard value fixed according to the target take off current of the fuel cell and an air flow rate detected by an air flow sensor 3. When it is judged to stop, the learning is stopped by sending a stopping signal to the I-V learning system 7.
