A winding device 4 includes: a roll pipe 41 rotatably arranged in a top frame 21; a drive member 42 connected to the roll pipe 41 to rotate the roll pipe; pull members 43 connected to be interlocked with the rotation of the roll pipe 41 to thereby allow a screen 22 to be rolled up or extended downward; weight bars 44 arranged at lower ends 431 of the pull members 43 to allow the pull members 43 to be suspended with moderate tension; multiple fitting members 45 to be connected by engagement/disengagement with/from fold-up parts 221 to thereby allow the pull members 43 to be put through with the fold-up parts 221 and elevated/lowered and allow the pull members 43 to be fixed at predetermined positions with respect to the screen 22; and weight bars 452 arranged in the fitting members 45.
