Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer satisfaction degree measuring system which can measure a highly reliable customer satisfaction degree by calculating the customer satisfaction degree on a content through the use of operation information on an operation for the content based on the instruction of a customer while he uses the content.
SOLUTION: A video server 5 has a reception means, a storage means and a satisfaction degree calculation means 22. The reception means receives operation information on an operation for a video title 1 being a content based on the instruction of a customer from a client 7 together with identification information. The storage means stores reception information together with identification information. The satisfaction degree calculation means 22 calculates customer satisfaction degree based on operation information on the video title 1 being the content in the storage means. A prescribed operation is executed and the customer satisfaction degree is calculated by the customer by using information where a behavior for using the content is reflected as it is. Consequently, the highly reliable customer satisfaction degree can be measured.
