Abstract:

PURPOSE: To separate and convey a cut plate safely and smoothly by tackling a technical theme in which pulling force does not act between a magnet body and a conveyance machine on the cut plate to be conveyed by the conveyance machine.
CONSTITUTION: A cut plate K is magnetized with the same polarity up and down in the condition in which side fringes are aligned, and a topmost cut plate K is attracted and held by a vacuum conveyance machine 10. When it is conveyed and moved, the action of magnetic attraction force for the cut plate K is eliminated and the attraction and holding of the cut plate K by the vacuum conveyance machine 10 is stabilized to prevent deformation of the cut plate K by stopping magnetization for the cut plate K.
