Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter that improves processing efficiency by enabling continuation of the processing by making cut products fall onto a brush conveyor without falling from a scrap carry-out port in front of the brush conveyor.SOLUTION: A shooter 30 is provided between a lower blade 42 and a brush conveyor 22. Products Q1, Q2... cut from a workpiece W are made to fall onto the descended brush conveyor 22 after being struck on the shooter 30. The shooter 30 is inclined so that the lower blade 42 side is relatively higher and the descended brush conveyor 22 side is relatively lower. The shooter 30 is provided so as to freely approach and separate from the brush conveyor 22 in the inclined state. A gap T between the shooter 30 and the brush conveyor 22 is adjustable.
