CONSTITUTION: A housing 3 provided with a cutting tool 9 is provided in a vertically movable state. A body stock vice device 15 is provided downstream of the cutting tool 9, and a feed stock vice device 21 for feeding a workpiece W is provided upstream of the cutting tool 9. The tip of a piston rod 37 mounted to a feed cylinder 35 is integrated with the rear part of the feed stock vice device 21, and an advance end position changing piston 49 is provided in the feed cylinder 35 so as to position the tip of the feed stock vice device 21 to two advance end positions upstream of the cutting tool 9.
