To stabilize the position fixation of a blade by extending a grasping member from a ring-like holding member for which a blade member is attached to an outer peripheral surface.
This cutter is constituted of the ring-like holding member 1, the blade member 2 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the holding member 1, the grasping member 3 and a plate member 4. The grasping member 3 is extended from the holding member 1 and the plate member 4 is freely swingably fitted on the holding member 1 and is formed so as to be freely in press-contact with the blade end face of the blade member 2. A pointing finger is inserted to the holding member 1 and the grasping member 3 is grasped. A member to be cut is abutted to the blade member 2 by the other hand, the plate member 4 is swung by a thumb and the member to be cut is brought into press-contact with the blade member 2 and cut. By the formation of the grasping member 3, the position fixation of the blade member 2 is stabilized. Also, by the presence of the plate member 4, cutting is facilitated.
