Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance safety for cutting a weld zone off, and thereby prevent a cover covering the weld zone of a pipe including a bearing member coupled in the pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A cover 11 is formed, which covers a branch weld section 5 formed along the surface of a pipe 1. A cutting tool 12 is fixed within the cover 11 to cut the branch weld section 5 off. A bearing box 13 acting as a bearing member to be coupled in the pipe 1, is provided for the cover 11.
