CONSTITUTION: A cutting device is equipped with a cutting machine 3 for executing the cutting work for a work W, stock yard 5 which is arranged in the vicinity of the cutting machine 3 and stores a plurality of odd members W, loading device 7 which is shiftable between the stock yard 5 and the cutting machine 3, and a gripper device 97 which is installed at the top end part of the loading device 7 and clamps the odd member and moves vertically.
