PURPOSE: To perfectly recover the waste members and chips for each material by piling the chip and edge member which are recovered by a chip recovering mechanism and the member recovered from a waste member recovering mechanism, for each cut material.
CONSTITUTION: The chip which is blown off and blowing-collected by a chip splashing air nozzle 19 is sucked by a chip suction-collecting device 27, and the chip which is piled on a stock vice and a cutting machine bed is sucked by a chip transfer sucking device 4. The collecting device 27 is installed on the whole of the cutting machine bottom surfaces so as to recover all the chips. The chip which is not blown off by the chip splashing air nozzle 19 and adheres on a saw cutter is rubbed off by a chip brush and recovered. When the manual cut is carried out, chips are perfectly sucked by a manual chip transfer sucking device 4. The sucked chip is collected by the suction pipes 5 and 7 and recovered by a cyclone 9, and collected into a recovery container through a damper 10.
