Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cutting-off machine capable of shortening remaining materials and transferring efficiently long materials.
CONSTITUTION: A main body vise mechanism 27 for clamping a material W to be cut off is provided close to a cutting-off position. A material feeding vise mechanism 13 for feeding the material W to the cutting-off position is provided reciprocatively on one side of the cutting-off position and a front vise mechanism 47 movable reciprocatively to transfer the material W cut off in the cutting-off position therefrom is provided on the other side of the cutting-off position Reciprocating devices 21, 55 for reciprocating individually the material feeding mechanism 13 and front vise mechanism 47 are respectively provided. The reciprocating device 21 of the material feeding vise mechanism 13 and the reciprocating device 55 of the front vise mechanism 47 feed the material continuously in relation with each other.
