Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a cutting oil purifier which permits continuous operation of a machining apparatus by cleaning its screen automatically.

CONSTITUTION: The screen-supporting means comprises a motor 10 and a screen- supporting frame 11, and to a screen 2 moved to the stand-by position, a clean cutting oil from a nozzle 15 as a cutting oil injection means is injected to blow away cutting chips attached to the screen 2. Thus, the screen 2 is made free from the cutting chips. The cutting chips blown off the screen 2 are received by a cutting chip recovery box 16 as a cutting chip recovery means and hence do not fall into a used cutting oil reservoir A.
