CONSTITUTION: A hard carbide such as WC or TiC is sintered with 50% or less of a Co binder to manufacture a sintered hard alloy as a cutting tool. At this time, 5% or less of the Co binder is replaced with one or more out of Sn, P, Pb, S, Si, Se, Te, Ag, Zn, etc. Thus, a cutting tool made of sintered hard alloy with superior machinability is obtd.
