Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclic olefin-based resin composition film having a low in-plane retardation and excellent toughness.SOLUTION: The cyclic olefin-based resin composition film comprises a cyclic olefin-based resin 11, and a styrenic elastomer 12 with less than 100 MPa of a storage elastic modulus at 0°C-100°C, wherein the styrenic elastomer 12 is dispersed in the cyclic olefin-based resin 11 in an amount of 5-35 wt%. Thus, an in-plane retardation can be made low and excellent toughness can be obtained.
