Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition capable of providing a coating steel plate forming a crepe pattern coating film on a metal plate and excellent in processability, weather resistance and chemical resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a coating composition capable of forming a crepe pattern coating film containing a hydroxyl group-containing resin (A), a melamine resin (B), a blocked polyisocyanate compound (C), a sulfonic acid compound (D) and an amine compound (E) with the component (A) of 50 to 90 pts.mass, the content (B) of 8 to 25 pts.mass, the component (C) of 2 to 25 pts.mass, the component (D) of 0.1 to 3.0 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total solid content of the hydroxyl group-containing resin (A), the melamine resin (B) and the blocked polyisocyanate compound (C) and having a molar ratio of the amine compound (E)/the sulfonic acid compound (D) of 1.5 to 30.
