Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a device to be used in an environment, such as the underwater or the waterside, where the device is damaged by corrosive and foreign matters, by providing a bellows whose end part is fixed to the extension end of a piston rod protruding from one enclosed end of a cylinder so that the bellows is telescopically moved with the piston rod. CONSTITUTION:A pressure fluid supply controller 32 moves a piston 14 in the desired direction by supplying pressure fluid to one side or the opposite side of the piston 14 in a cylinder 12 through a flow pipe 30 or 34. While a flow pipe 36, being mounted to a bellows 22 in the location approximate to its end part 26, is connected to a tank 38 arranged in a suitable place above the surface of water and used for antirust and aticorrosion liquid, filling this liquid in the inside of the bellows 22, and as the end part 26 of the bellows 22 is extended and contracted in the longitudinal direction by operating the piston 14, the antirust and anticorrosion liquid from the tank 38 is fed to and discharged from the inside of the bellows 22. Accordingly, any place except the periphery of the cylinder and the bellows is not brought in contact with water, while any possibility of foreign matters in the water intruding into the cylinder and the bellows is not considered, causing a device to be accurately operated and also its maintenance to be facilitated.
