To provide a cylinder lock capable of simplifying the assembling work of the whole cylinder lock while attaining satisfactory assembling property of a slide member.

The cylinder lock comprises, in addition to a rotor case 2 and a key rotor 3, a first sleeve 4 movably disposed between the key rotor 3 and the rotor case 2; tumblers 5, 5... separated from the first sleeve 4 by inserting a match key K to the key rotor 3 (key insert hole 30); a second sleeve 7 which performs locking-unlocking operation by rotation of the key rotor 3 in a state where the tumblers 5, 5... are separated from the first sleeve 4; and a slide member 6 which moves in the axial direction by rotation of the first sleeve 4 in a state where the tumblers 5, etc. are engagingly locked by the first sleeve 4 to separate the second sleeve 7 from the key rotor 3.
