Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the wear of a circular surface arranged on the lower side of the inner wall of the cylinder hole of a non-upright engine.
SOLUTION: A jig lower base 13 is obliquely arranged within a plating tank 12. A cylindrical sleeve 11 is placed on the jig lower base 13, and a presser plate 14 is provided on the upper end part. The sleeve 11 is fixed between the jig lower base 13 and the presser plate 14 thereby. The sleeve 11 is arranged in such a manner that the central axis (a) of a cylinder hole 15 which is the hole of the sleave 11 is inclined by a prescribed angle θ to the vertical axis (b).
