Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a cytodiagnostic brush with an endoscopic cover by which large amount of cells including cells dropped into mucosa can be collected at a time.
CONSTITUTION: This cytodiagnostic brush with an endoscopic cover is formed in such a manner that an outer diameter of at least rear end part of a brush hair 2 is formed larger than the inner diameter of a head part of a flexible tube 5, and also plural slits 6 having twice length of an axial direction of the brush hair 2 part are notchedly-formed in the flexible tube 5 from the head part thereof.
