To provide a daily report management system by which an operator can input operation contents in a daily report from a place the operator has gone and a manager can manage the operation contents of the operator in real time, maintain the accuracy of report contents and efficiently manage the operation due to the storage of daily report data, and to provide a program for the system.
This daily report management system consists of a management server for managing the daily report of the operator and a radio portable terminal device having a GPS function and for the operator inputting the daily report data. The management server and the radio portable terminal device are connected through the Internet, the radio portable terminal device transmits to the management server the daily report data inputted by the operator together with positional information obtained by the radio portable terminal device with the GPS function, and the management server stores the transmitted daily report data and performs daily report management of the operator.
