Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating components from milk, a device for separating milk into respective components, and a preparation prepared from the separated components.SOLUTION: The production method of a dairy formulation comprises: (a) a step for making milk pass a filtration device by flow of only one direction, thereby filtrating the milk by overflow equal to or less than 45°F; (b) one or more transmission fraction steps; (c) a step for performing heat treatment for disinfection or sterilization of the mixture, and then cooling the mixture to equal to or less than 42°F; and (d) a step for treating the mixture with lactase. The steps (c) and (d) may be performed with a random order, and the daily formulation comprises 0.1-1.0% of a lactose content and 4.0% or more of a protein content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
