PURPOSE: To easily insert a high speed rotary shaft into a sleeve and eliminate a special equipment for insertion by forming a gap to separate the sleeve and the high speed rotary shaft into which the sleeve is inserted.
CONSTITUTION: A sleeve 31 is made of Teflon, and an O-ring 35 low hard silicon rubber whose squeeze is zero. Between the sleeve 31 and a high speed rotary shaft 80 into which the sleeve 31 is inserted, a gap is formed to practically separate both of them from each other, and a ring-like projection 36 with small width is provided on the lower face of a ball bearing holder 33 to be made to abut on the inside top face of a housing 20. By this constitution, when using this damper bearing device, with the damper bearing device left placed quiet, the high speed rotary shaft 80 have only to be lowered and the thin head part be threaded through the hole 22 of a housing lid 21 and the hole of a ball bearing holder cover 34 in order, and be inserted into the sleeve 31 at last and aligned by means of the O-ring 35.
