Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase a transmission torque, by engaging a side plate sliding on a friction member with a flange of a spline hub through a pin, and engaging a sub plate sliding on the friction member with the flange and the side plate through a sub pin. CONSTITUTION:A pin 25a is loosely engaged with a flange 20b of a spline hub 20. A clutch plate 22 and a retaining plate 24 sliding on friction washers 30 for generating a hysteresis torque are fixed to the pin 25a. A sub pin 32 is fixed to sub plates 29 sliding on the washers 30. The sub pin 32 is inserted into the clutch plate 22, the retaining plate 24 and the flange 20b on the inside of the pin 25a. Thus, the sub pin 32 is arranged at a position radially spaced apart from the hub 20 by a fixed distance. Therefore, a load acting on the sub pin is reduced to thereby increase a transmission torque.
